Then we have the right position for you. We are looking for a Project Manager to Facilities Support in API Manufacturing.
The position
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for cross-functional projects within API produc-tion manufacturing site in Gentofte. You will drive and facilitate your own projects and engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.You will set the direction for your pro-ject team, and be responsible for all project metrics (cost, budget, and time).
You will be anchored in the Equipment support team, consisting of 12 colleagues with tech-nical and academic background.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Drive multiple projects in and around API production environments from initiation to handover
- Ownership of cross functional project teams, project metrics (scope, time, plans, cost, etc.)
- Coordinate project execution and optimizing project performance.
- Identify and manage key stakeholders and steering groups related to your projects.
- Communicate project progress and performance to relevant stakeholders.
- Support with factory shutdowns and the daily business in case of break downs
Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our team because you have:
- A BSc or MSc related to Life Science, Engineering, or similar.
- Experience leading projects from the pharmaceutical industry working with GMP and operation of facilities.
- Good experience with project management methodologies.
- Have experience with qualification and are mechanical/technical proficient.
- Good interpersonal skills and proven experience in working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Danish.

About the department
Our department covers the entire value chain from fermentation of product in the host cell, over column purification to finished freeze-dried product. We are around 130 people collabo-rating across 7 different teams consisting of operators, technicians and academics.The de-partment is currently on a journey towards more innovative and digital solutions to meet the vision of Industry 4.0 so that we can continue to deliver world-class API. We value a safe psy-chological environment in the department and in the leadership team.
