To best possible support our success across the Nordic region and drive this, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Nordic team in Copenhagen.
The Business Analyst will be running multi layered analysis on commercial operations, pricing, and campaigns, present findings, and suggest appropriate actions.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the continued operational business optimization, and contribute to- and support an optimal, profitable growth within Animal Health. In doing so, you demonstrate excellent competencies within business and customer understanding, feel accountable for results and act decisively, inclusive and collaborative.You possess the ability to communicate key drivers, outcome, and suggest appropriate actions to internal stakeholders.
Driving the Nordic pricing processes is within the responsibility of your role, as well as monitoring regional price developments, key drivers and suggest actions.
Focused on Business operational efficiency for the Nordic commercial teams, the Business Analyst is prepared to support the business with regards to some reoccurring administrative activities.
Your personal key motivators are an excellent business understand, curiosity on key performance indicators, as well as an analytical mindset used, when analyzing our Nordic commercial operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and Present analysis on operational data, including Go-to-market set up and continued optimization.
- Own and drive regional pricing initiatives in close cooperation with the Center of Excellence, Finance, and Marketing and in line with regional Budgets.
- Oversee Nordic campaign activities and related agreements, assuring follow up and corrective actions if needed.
- Supporting Business Units and Product Managers when overseeing portfolio optimization activities.
- Maintain ownership to local P2P processes and related back-up on select administrative activities (SAP, VIM, Business Support, etc).
- Oversee local Sales incentive calculations as well as Field Force Effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
- Capable of running multi layered operational analysis, present findings, and suggest appropriate actions.
- Pricing process management, including analysis of drivers, and suggested actions.
- Experienced Business Analyst or Consultant with an overall understanding of Month End processes and accrual calculations. Experience from Life-Science related industries is an asset.
- Strong data analytical skills and an excellent business understanding.
- High project- and time management skills.
- Speak Danish and have a good command of English language. Another Nordic language (SE, NO, FI) is an asset.
- Analytically capable, demonstrating own initiative, investigate, present, suggest, and act on findings.
- Team player who quickly builds interpersonal relationships, networks, and internal collaborations, while meeting colleagues with a can-do mentality.
- Sets appropriate priorities; is comfortable operating under tight deadlines and time pressure,

Technical skills / requirements:
- Thrive with running multilayered business analysis.
- High ability to handle, segregate, and correlate multiple layers of data,
- Ability to consolidate, automatize, and present data, while concluding and derive diligent actions needed.
- Super user in Excel, Power BI, AI, and other related tools.
- Experienced user of ERP systems (preferably SAP, VIM, Ariba)
This position is based in our Nordic, Zoetis Animal Health office, situated in Østerbro, Copenhagen, Denmark. Travel requirements will be seldom but may occur when relevant to the business.
