As Scrum Master, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will facilitate, coach, and support one of our agile delivery teams. Your role is crucial in promoting agile ways of working, coordinating cross-functionally, and ensuring transparent progress.
The team you will be part:
Based at our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark you will join Supply Chain Solutions team – and report to Director Christian Vindegaard Grønberg.
Within the team, a culture of support and inclusion prevails, contributing to the personal and professional advancement of everyone, achieved through collaborative efforts with colleagues and stakeholders.

As Scrum master you will lead 1 out of 5 scrum team. The team is primarily delivering to a digital transformation of our Hearing division where we are transitioning from Navision into a combination of Salesforce and D365FO. The team are also responsible for continuously improving the existing solution for our Enterprise and Gaming divisions.

Most of our projects are related to designing, developing, delivering, and upgrading of ERP SCM solutions. These projects and processes are carefully planned, executed, tested, and deployed to meet customer requirements – and as our new Scrum Master, these tasks will be yours to manage in collaboration with other Scrum Masters and Delivery Managers across the organization.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Facilitate agile events, such as sprint planning, sprint refinement, daily stand-up, sprint review and sprint retrospective.
  • Facilitate PI in preparation and refinements.
  • Facilitate PI Requirements with Team and Delivery Manger.
  • Facilitate PI Retrospectives.
  • Follow up impediments.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:

  • A higher educational background within in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study.
  • Have extensive and documented experience in agile methodologies.
  • Are proficient in working within a SCRUM or SAFe framework.
  • Thrive with a crucial role in maintaining positive dynamics within the agile teams and guiding them within our agile framework.
  • Take part of a social and collaborative work environment where successes are shared, and challenges are openly discussed.
  • Possess proven project-, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Are fluently in written and spoken English and you are comfortable communicating with others.
