Agile Project Manager
We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client in the Global Enterprise Manufacturing Industry. As the experienced Product Manager you will lead the development and delivery of large-scale software solutions in a scaled agile environment.
You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product vision and roadmap, managing multiple themes in an Agile Release Train (ART), and ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, drive continuous improvement, and lead the product through the full lifecycle from ideation to release.
You will collaborate closely with Release Train Engineer and Solution Architect(s) forming the backbone of the agile transformation program core team.
Key responsibilities include participating in Program Increment (PI) planning, managing the solution backlog, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that features and enhancements deliver maximum value. You will be a strategic leader with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complex enterprise environments.
Location: Mid Jutland, 2-3 days onsite pr. week needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES- Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a SAFe 6.0 or similar Agile environment
- Certified SAFe 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or similar (or willingness to obtain)
- Solid understanding of scaled Lean-Agile principles and practices
- Strong skills in defining product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and facilitating business capability creation including producing user themes/initiatives/epics/features/stories
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise Agile environments
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or Rally
- Extensive experience with Continuous Delivery and Dev Ops practices
- Domain-specific knowledge relevant to the product or industry – manufacturing of mechanical and electronic process -products and -systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities and make timely decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strong design-thinking, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Business acumen and understanding of business capability definition and identifying customer needs
- Excellent hands-on experience of agile ceremonies and principles
- Professional English skills - both oral and written
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
- Define and prioritize the program backlog
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, release train engineer and Agile delivery organization teams
- Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning sessions and sprint ceremonies
- Make decisions about product roadmap, product initiatives, releases and enhancements
- Communicate product vision, roadmap and goals to the team
