Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a Nordic Speaking IT/Customer Service Agent to join our team remotely from Greece! This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and possess outstanding communication skills in one of the Nordic languages alongside English.

As a key member of our support team, you will provide exemplary service to our Nordic-speaking clients and help them navigate various IT challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver top-tier customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through email, phone, and chat.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for a range of IT products and services.
Ensure effective and timely resolution of customer inquiries, contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Stay informed about product updates, technical knowledge, and best practices to enhance customer experience.
Promote a positive and cooperative remote work culture.

Requirements

Fluent in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and proficient in English.
Experience in customer service or technical support is preferable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced remote environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and technical troubleshooting concepts is a bonus.
Motivated to work independently yet collaboratively in a remote team.
