YOUR ROLE
As a student assistant, you’ll assist in managing and optimizing our paid marketing campaigns for our own brand (Framna), ensuring smooth execution and delivering high-impact results. This role is perfect for a marketing student eager to get real-world experience in a professional setting.Working closely with our Head of Performance Marketing, you will help ensure that our paid marketing efforts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and Google Ads are operating effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Assisting in managing Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and Google Ads campaigns for Framna
- Performing daily and weekly optimizations to improve ad performance
- Maintaining and improving conversion tracking across platforms
- Experimenting with new targeting strategies and creatives to discover “pockets of gold”
- Supporting employer branding efforts by promoting blog content, events, and insights
- Assisting with keyword research for Google Ads and paid search
- Helping optimize and develop lead funnels to ensure seamless user journeys and conversions
- Providing reporting on campaign success, challenges, and overall performance
- Collaborating on Hubspot analytics and supporting lead funnel analysis
- Helping out with other marketing-related tasks on the team if the need arises
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR...
Ideal Profile (But if you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply!)- A student pursuing a degree in digital marketing or a related field
- Interest in digital marketing campaigns, particularly in paid marketing
- Some experience working with digital campaigns (paid campaign management) is required
- A quick learner with an analytical mindset, who’s proactive and can work independently as well as in a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Teamwork-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving ability, with a desire to experiment and improve processes
- A proactive approach to learning and applying new skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing and communication skills in English and Danish
- Hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns for a scaling organization.
- The opportunity to work closely with a full marketing team and collaborate with different departments, offering a holistic view of how marketing operates within a company.
- Training in CRM tools like Hubspot and experience with real-world marketing analytics and campaign reporting.
- Flexible working hours—10 to 15 hours per week (around 2 days per week), allowing you to balance your studies with practical work experience.
