What is your role?As our new HR Business Partner you’ll be part of the Nordic HR Team that supports the Nordic Cluster, consisting of Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland, in all HR-related areas within business partnering, recruitment, reviews and developments, payroll administration, etc.
You will work closely with HR Group Functions, supporting on global areas related to technology, processes, and policies.
Your primary focus will be on partnering with business leaders in Operations/Logistics, supporting managers and employees in our warehouses in Skjern, Eslöv, and Paimio. By understanding strategic goals, you’ll align HR initiatives to support operational effectiveness.
Your specific tasks include:
- Partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives that support organizational objectives
- Overseeing recruitment processes, from start to finish
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
- Conducting performance reviews, providing employee feedback, and facilitating team development
- Ensuring end-to-end HR processes and policies are effectively implemented
Your team
You will be part of a Nordic HR team comprising five colleagues based in Skjern, along with over 75 HR professionals across Kramp. You’ll report directly to the HR Manager for the Nordic region. Being part of a large European setup also offers significant professional and personal growth opportunities.Occasional travel to other Nordic locations is expected.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- Practical experience in operational HR and business partnering with both white- and blue-collar employees
- A foundation in payroll processes and Collective Labor Agreements (CLA) is a plus
- An educational background equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in people management or a similar field, paired with a strong desire to grow further
- Proficiency in Danish (mandatory) and English, along with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of other Nordic languages is a plus.
