We’re looking for someone to join our Legal & Market Management team either in Denmark (Aalborg, Aarhus) or Germany (Hamburg). This position offers the opportunity to make a real impact on corporate governance while maintaining work-life balance and high flexibility.

Your role will be critical in ensuring our processes run smoothly, while helping streamline and automate where possible.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting to European and international authorities: understanding, setting up, and maintaining reporting requirements, including customs reporting and centralization.
- Automating and maintaining User Access Management systems.
- Managing contracts within our Contract Management solution.
- Optimizing internal processes to increase efficiency.
- Communicating with authorities and external market partners.
- Updating relevant market information for internal use on Share Point.

Job Requirements- Strong organizational and structured approach to work.

Aalborg, Aarhus, Copenhagen, Hamburg, or home office.
Note: Regular visits to the Aalborg office will be required during the first months for training, if you’re not based in Aalborg.
