About You
As Sr. Test Analyst, you help clients transform their business, mostly driven by digital opportunities and technology. In a typical program you are working at the intersection of business and technology with a sound understanding of the business drivers and the capabilities of IT and how testing can contribute to run an organization better or different.
As a Sr. Test Analyst you will perform work under a great leadership of test and program managers, which specializes in test management of large complex and often digital transformation programs at clients. We use a variety of testing tools and frameworks to increase the adoption of automation, making sure that the client needs are properly and timely addressed.
Required & nice to have Skills :
Must Haves:
- 6+ Yrs of Experience in Quality Engineering / Assurance
- Experience with gathering and understanding requirements and converting them to test scenarios/test cases
- Extensive hands-on experience with test designing test execution and reporting
- Good to have experience with test management tools like Jira, TFS and Azure Cloud
- Working experience and knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodology
- Drive the testing strategy, quality of deliverables and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Strong Communication written and verbal, good Interpersonal skills.
- Must be fluent in English and Danish verbal and written communication skills
The Sr. Test Analyst is expected to have the following Basic Certifications, added advantage:
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL),
- 3-5 years of Test experience
- Good understanding of testing methodologies (ISTQB, TMap, TPInext etc.)
- University degree
