Your new role
As our new Product Owner at Ram Risk, you will play a crucial role in leading the sales activities in Denmark as well as leading the joint sales processes for the local product managers processes in Finland, Norway and Sweden. You are expected to actively engage in the sales process, including meeting with potential clients, presenting the product and demonstrating its value, as well as negotiating and closing sales agreements.
You will be part of Ram Risk, which is a professional, web-based risk management tool developed, hosted, and fully supported by Ramboll. The platform is designed to optimize and streamline the risk management process for projects, programmes and enterprises and to illustrate how value is created in the process.It is used by a client base primarily in Scandinavia as well as internally in Ramboll. It enhances transparency, enabling project members to contribute directly and collaborate efficiently. With a user-friendly and flexible interface, it simplifies the setup of new projects using templates and allows for personalized, user-defined views, making it an ideal solution for effective risk management.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Meeting with potential clients to demonstrate products
- Negotiate and close sale agreements
- Analysing and prioritizing feature requirements
- Creating user stories
- Collaborating with cross-functional (and cross-country) teams
- Providing product roadmaps and strategy
- Ensuring the quality of the products delivered and delivering value to our clients
- Planning and execution of Yearly User Groups and bi-monthly training courses in use of Ram Risk
- Keeping an overview of the finances
- Ability to understand customer needs, effectively communicate product value, build strong client relationships, and successfully negotiate and close sales deals.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in product management and business analysis
- Great communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional (and cross-country) teams and present ideas to stakeholders
- Flair for digital development incl. knowledge of software development methodologies and project management tools
- It will be a great advantage if you have knowledge of project, programme and enterprise risk management processes – knowledge of ISO31000 and frameworks like Mo R (Management of Risk) would be great
- Interest and experience in teaching courses
- Ability to identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field
