Digital Marketing Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to shape our online presence and contribute to our growth in the B2B healthcare market.
You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team, collaborating closely with the Marketing and Communication Lead and external consultants on larger projects.

Key Responsibilities- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid ads, and SEO.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract and nurture leads in the healthcare B2B space through targeted digital initiatives.
- Content Creation & Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling digital content, including website copy, blog posts, and social media updates.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize website content and implement SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility. Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), ensuring continuous optimization for maximum ROI.
- Social Media Management: Oversee AGITO Medical's social media channels, developing strategies, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience to strengthen brand presence.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using digital tools. Provide insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between digital efforts and business objectives.
- Industry Insights: Stay informed on healthcare market trends and digital innovations to ensure AGITO Medical remains ahead of the curve.
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or healthcare-related industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Webflow CMS, Mailchimp, LinkedIn/Facebook Ad Manager, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is an advantage.
