Who is Sprint365?

Sprint365 was founded in 2020 in rebellion against the time-consuming projects that characterize the ERP industry. We deliver the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, but we do it in a smarter way. Our solution is pre-configured, user-friendly and ready to go, unlike all other players who sell heavy marathon projects where everything must be built from scratch.

Using our template-based methodology, we sprint through the implementation at our customers, creating faster business value for all parties. Win-win.

But ERP...what the hell is it?

Don't be intimidated – IT is not as IT as you think. An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is an integrated financial system that connects a company's key business processes, data, resources and departments. Think of it as a LEGO set: We sell the whole set, and we've even built over half of it in advance.

Your role

As Head of Customer & Partner Success, you will drive and further develop a state-of-the-art service delivery approach alongside our CEO and oversee all post go-live actions. You will ensure outstanding customer success while keeping multiple functions aligned with our project department. Your daily tasks will be wide-ranging:

  • Managing client relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. Provide regular updates on service delivery and address client inquiries and concerns proactively.
  • Developing and executing a long-term customer & partner strategy: Shape and drive a multi-year strategic plan, ensuring alignment with customer/partner goals, by collaborating closely with leadership.
  • Being a trusted advisor: Help customers maximize the value of their Microsoft investment and serve as their strategic partner.
  • Driving revenue growth: Identify opportunities to expand collaboration and unlock additional value for both parties.
  • Coordinating service delivery: Oversee the delivery of services to clients and coordinate the efforts of different teams to ensure that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Managing customer support activities: Spearhead our support team, oversee ticket resolution, and continuously enhance performance.
  • Monitoring service performance and quality: Track and monitor the performance of services, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed, so that you ensure the services provided meet the required quality standards.
  • Improving processes: Continuously evaluate and refine customer success processes for maximum efficiency.

Who you (might) be

We don't expect you to come with 20 years of work experience or a certain degree. But if you see yourself in some of these, we’d love to hear from you:

  • You hold a master’s degree in business administration, IT, project management, or comparable.
  • You must have extensive experience from ERP system implementations with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • You have worked in Service Delivery, Customer Success, or Partner Success Management and understand complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • You have worked as a Management Consultant or have a background in maintaining CRM and pipeline management.
  • You are highly organized, structured, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • You are fluent in English (spoken & written) and comfortable working with international clients.
