Position Summary:

As a Sales Engineer at Arctiko, you will play a pivotal role in driving our global sales strategy and expanding our market presence. This is a unique opportunity to manage and grow your own portfolio of markets and customers while collaborating with a team of highly skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share in existing ones.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with both dealer networks and end customers, ensuring exceptional service and support.
  • Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and establish competitive price structures that align with company goals.
  • Customer Engagement: Organize and participate in customer visits, trade fairs, and virtual meetings (Zoom/Teams) to present our product offerings.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management, contributing to the company’s overall sales targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to optimize sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Travel: Travel is expected as part of this role, including international trips to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Associate’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar sales management role, preferably within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365 or similar ERP systems, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Soft Skills: Customer-oriented, fast learner, self-driven, structured, with an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong team player.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work effectively in an international and culturally diverse environment.
