The position
As a Personal Assistant (PA) to the SVP, you will offer independent administrative support, coordinate cross-organisational activities, and serve as an ambassador for the SVP area and the SVP’s responsibilities. You will consistently stay informed of the SVPs objectives, goals, deadlines and deliverables, ensuring the SVP’s workday runs smoothly.
Your main tasks, amongst others, will be:
- Manage administration and operations for the SVP, i.e., providing holistic and integrated day-to-day support, proactively solving tasks & challenges.
- Manage a complex, dynamic calendar with a proactive approach to short- and long-term planning, based on clear prioritisation and structure.
- In close collaboration with the executive office, ensure smooth execution of Leadership Team meetings and continuous support to keep the team aligned and focused on key priorities.
- Book and manage global travels for the SVP as a high volume of external presence is needed for the SVP. In additionally, there will be responsibilities for planning of offsites for the leadership team.
- You acquire and sustain a comprehensive perspective by consistently engaging in communication and inquiring to address any unresolved matters.
You will also be responsible for spearheading a cross-functional collaboration and planning of a smaller administrative team supporting the various business areas in E2I.
You work with seamless collaboration and alignment with the executive team around the SVP (Executive Assistant, HR Business Partner, Communication Partner, and Finance Partner).
Qualifications
As our new PA we first and foremost expect you to be passionate about providing excellent support to our SVP. To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
- 5+ years of related experience in an international environment
- Experience with budgeting and purchasing
- Flair for IT and confidently integrate copilot and other AI tools in your daily work
- Excellent English skills, both oral and written
You have a curious mind and find research and science interesting.
On a personal level, you are service-oriented, organised and excellent at time management, with clear systems to manage a variety of tasks and commitments; also, when priorities are shifting quickly, and flexibility is key. This comes with a natural built-in curiosity and principle of continuous improvement of the processes you work with.You have a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

This position is situated within the newly established E2I unit, which is part of Novo Nordisk's Research & Early Development (R&ED) organisation, located in Måløv. The vision of E2I is to redefine what’s possible in healthcare — leveraging the power of AI, data, and digital technologies to accelerate scientific innovation in drug discovery.By combining external insights from academia, biotech, tech, policymakers, and foundations with internal expertise, we aim to reshape how innovation happens by unlocking new partnerships and possibilities for patients worldwide.
