Dripdrop provides umbrella services to hotels and major properties across Europe, working with international brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Radisson, Scandic, and many more. Our aim is to establish Dripdrop as a standard offering in hotels worldwide.To achieve this, we need a highly skilled and customer-focused team.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage a significant portion of our inbound leads, facilitating online demonstrations of our product and unique selling points.
- Collaborate daily with our Head of Sales to execute our growth strategy, leveraging your experience to plan and implement initiatives.
- Assist with maintaining and operating the CRM system and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with our Marketing, Customer Success, and Production teams on planning key initiatives to drive opportunities and movement through the sales funnel.
- Develop and maintain direct customer relationships, including with senior stakeholders.
- Professionally handle inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Finance, and Content Creation teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead to customer.
- Take an active part in our referral strategy by creating content for our customers in collaboration with marketing.
What You Have:
- A passion for working and performing in an ambitious and friendly small scale-up team while also performing independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals of different personality types.
- A keen interest in learning about our technology and product.
- A desire to grow both personally and professionally within our organization.
- An understanding of customers' needs and a highly structured and precise approach to your work.
- Bonus points if you speak German or French.
- Our office is conveniently located in the heart of Aarhus.

Practical:
