We're looking for a full-time Sourcing Project Coordinator to join our team in Frederiksberg, DK.

About the role

At HowToRobot, we work with many clients who need our help to find the right solutions and matching vendors for their automation projects. This role is far from a typical project management or sourcing position. Unlike traditional roles, we don’t buy or contract directly - we facilitate the process.

You'll need to juggle multiple projects, maintain an overview of where they stand, and ensure that the right steps are taken to move them forward successfully.

Your key responsibility will be to facilitate the sourcing process between our clients and suppliers, ensuring smooth collaboration and a successful outcome for all parties.

One of the most important skills in this role is the ability to bring people together - whether that's virtually or in person - and ensure they communicate effectively. You’ll act as the facilitator, making sure that all parties are aligned and working toward the same goal.

It's about making sure everyone is rowing the boat in the same direction, driving successful collaboration between clients and suppliers.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitate successful collaborations between clients and suppliers, ensuring alignment and project progress.
  • Maintain an overview of multiple ongoing projects, staying organized and proactive with the next steps.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive results and improve processes.
  • Help clients find the right suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and transparency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.

About you

In addition to the skills and competencies below, we’d love to see 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or a related field. Experience in robotics, automation, or manufacturing is a plus. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and keep all stakeholders aligned is critical to success in this role.

You are action-oriented, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail, even under pressure.
  • Ability to work in US ITAR-regulated environments is a plus (not a requirement)
