Cook for Indian Restaurant in Copenhagen

We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef with great knowledge in the Indian cuisine for our restaurant in Copenhagen where you will deliver authentic Indian dishes to our clientele.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Indian cookery
• Experience with niche concepts such as Indian street food Is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English are not required but is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and updating menus in collaboration with the management.
• Ensuring high-quality and consistent food preparation and presentation.
• Ensuring kitchen sanitation and cleanliness.
• Meeting food safety standards and regulations.
