Danske Bank - ION Marketview Specialist to Rates E-Trade team

We are currently looking for an ION Marketview Specialist to join our team in Rates E-Trade in Copenhagen.
Our team is a mix of experienced e-trading specialists and developers, working closely with the quants and the business, and covering the full end-to-end value chain. We are a business-facing team, focused on delivering immediate solutions as well as strategic initiatives.
Our e-trading platform consists of a combination of vendor (ION) and in-house components.It is used for all our electronic trading across Rates, Credit and Repo in all our offices in Scandinavia and New York.
Your responsibilities
You will be working within a high performing team, but still in an informal and friendly environment where you can learn a lot from your colleagues and develop yourself in the direction you wish. As an ION Marketview Specialist, you will:
- Build and integrate the next generation of trading applications for our Fixed Income businesses
- Be involved in the full life cycle of a project, from business and technical analysis to release and support in production
- Manage the platform and provide 2nd level support to our Sales and Traders
- Liaise and build relationship with internal stakeholders, vendors as well as trading venues to ensure we remain competitive in a fast-moving market
- Support our continuing digital transformation
- At least 3 years’ experience in the global fixed income trading space
- Strong knowledge of bonds, swaps and other fixed income financial instruments
- Deep expertise within ION Marketview platform, knowledge of MMI, PXE, Refdata, D2D/D2C markets with auto-negotiation, auto-hedging, VMQ
- Ability to deliver implementation changes in ION Marketview
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with Linux and SQL databases is a plus but not a requirement
