IT Support Analyst to strengthen IT infrastructure for global fitness SaaS

In this role, you’ll be responsible for upholding the stability, security, and performance of our SaaS solutions while providing expert support for Office 365, Windows, and mobile devices (Android & Apple).

Responsibilities- Administer, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including cloud software, networks, and security systems
- New user on/off boarding, asset and access management
- Handle daily IT user support through tickets and Slack
- Manage Office 365 applications, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD
- Provide technical support and setup for Windows workstations, Apple Macs, and Android/iOS mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations
- Document IT procedures and provide user training when needed
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Support Analyst, System Administrator, or similar role. If you think you are the right person for the role, we are also open to other IT-related experience
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD)
- You thrive in delivering excellent and positive service to our employees
- Experience with Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS device management
- Understanding of IT security best practices
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
- Great communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent English language proficiency required – Danish is a plus but not required!
- Able to show a clean criminal record (straffeattest)
- In-depth understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall management
- Proven experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, such as Jamf
- Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell or Bash
- Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms like VMware and VirtualBox
- Experience with Linux (Debian, Ubuntu)
- Advanced expertise in macOS
