Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Preparing and presenting high-quality, traditional Danish dishes ??
• Developing and updating our menus to keep them exciting and relevant ??
• Ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization ???
• Inspiring and motivating kitchen staff to deliver their best ????
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations ??

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has solid experience as a chef, preferably in a brasserie or similar setting
• Has a passion for classic cuisine and a commitment to quality ?✨
• Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail ?
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work well under pressure ?
• Is creative and innovative in menu development and problem-solving ??
• Has excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude ?
