Group Finance Director
As Group Finance Director at Kvadrat, you will play a central role in our global finance management team and serve as a trusted partner to our Group CFO.
The Group Finance Director role is broad and requires a well-rounded generalist with a comprehensive perspective—someone who can take a hands-on approach while also delegating tasks effectively.
The position requires a deep understanding of both the strategic and operational aspects of the finance function, from delivering monthly and annual accounts to driving our growth initiatives.
You will lead a small, dedicated finance team and ensure that the 45 legal entities within our group, delivers in accordance with global and local guidelines including legal and accounting standards.
About the position
Your key tasks will include:
- Lead and manage a team of two employees
- Perform professional sparring and support towards the global finance organization of 57 employees within selected areas, such as global audit procedures, transfer pricing etc.
- Act as business partner for the group CFO and the rest of the Global Finance Management team of four finance colleagues
- Close collaboration with our internal Legal department & People Management department
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation regarding TP, Tax, VAT and accounting
- Act as a sparring partner in a legal context for the entire organization, including when entering various contracts such as shareholder agreements etc.
- Primary contact towards our external group auditors
- Handle and ensure timely and accurate reporting & monthly closing of the group. And drive the agenda of earlier & more efficient closing procedures

- Key role in M&A processes
You have a university education with a focus on finance (Cand.merc.aud. or similar).
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in finance or auditing. Ideally you have experience working with global companies.
