The Position:

This is a one year role covering for maternity leave. The Omnichannel Manager plays a pivotal role in driving digital transformation at Daiichi Sankyo Nordics by developing and executing a comprehensive omnichannel strategy across all relevant platforms.
This role supports business processes and cross-functional teams, optimizing activities related to omnichannel in Commercial, Medical, and Market Access. The focus is on enhancing customer experience and centricity for patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs).

The Omnichannel Manager reports to the Nordic Commercial Head Oncology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and implement the Nordic omnichannel customer engagement strategy for HCPs and patients.
  • Update, maintain, and execute the omnichannel strategy, including digital platforms such as webpages and social media, as part of the brand team.
  • Oversee the integration of different systems related to omnichannel management.
  • Assisting stakeholders in training and using relevant systems.
  • Develop and maintain a social media strategy, ensuring effective execution and monitoring.
  • Support project management for internal and external projects, collaborating with the Nordic cross-functional team.
  • Facilitate the implementation of new systems like Omnipresence (CRM, Microsoft dynamics) and digital communication tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures for supervised activities/projects.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and proactively identify innovative solutions by screening external vendors and partners.
  • Supervise the Student Assistant, providing guidance on daily tasks, development, and prioritization of work.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, communications, digital media, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in digital and social media communications and corporate communications in pharma.
  • Strong understanding and experience with communicating to and with HCP and patients on digital media, including webpage development and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in operational processes and project management, with knowledge of relevant tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and independently.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven problem-solving skills to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • High emotional intelligence, displaying candor and authenticity.
  • Hands-on approach with a proactive attitude.
