Fund Accountant, Financial Accountant
We are growing our Fund Administration team and are looking for a structured, detail-oriented, and driven Fund Accountant to join us. In this role, you will be instrumental in the ongoing administration of a diverse portfolio of alternative investment funds and in the setup of new fund structures — all in close collaboration with a dedicated and experienced team.
Join NIO Service Partners, the operational backbone of NIO Partners Group, and help us deliver exceptional service to our investors. We support all administrative and financial operations across NIO Partners’ funds, which invest with leading global managers across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate.
Your role & responsibilities
As a key member of the Operations team, you will take ownership of daily fund administration tasks throughout the full fund lifecycle — from setup to wind-down.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Booking and processing all fund-related transactions in our fund accounting system Allvue, in collaboration with the Senior Finance Manager
- Performing account reconciliations and financial controls
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly investor reporting
- Supporting the annual audit process
- Participate in ongoing fund accounting projects
- Continuously develop your financial and fund administration knowledge

Preferred qualifications & experience- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial accounting, preferably from a financial institution, investment company or accounting (Big Four)
- Experience with fund accounting systems (e.g., Allvue) is a plus
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken
- Curious and innovative mind-set with a proactive approach
