About the position
3Shape offers experienced management consultants (or similar relevant experiences) a unique opportunity to accelerate their career at a growing and innovative Med Tech company. We are searching for a Commercial Strategy Manager to join our Marketing, Commercial & Customer Success Department.
In this role, you will report directly to and collaborate closely with the Vice President of the department. Your role is multifaceted as executive support involving strategic sparring and decision-making, project management, insights generation, and extensive stakeholder collaboration.
As the Commercial Strategy Manager, you will serve as the right hand to the VP and work together with our leadership team. You can expect to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and gain exposure to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic support and sparring to set the direction for the department and influence 3Shape's overall strategy and execution
- Tackle high-priority items on the VP’s agenda, manage and develop key projects, ensuring they remain aligned with the VP’s vision and mission
- Support in the creation and synthesis of insights and knowledge about our business and markets, facilitating presentations and enabling data-driven decision-making
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Coordinate and prepare key meetings, workshops, and offsite events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently
The Marketing, Commercial & Customer Success Department is the hub for HQ functions related to the commercial and customer areas at 3Shape. This department encompasses teams specializing in marketing, commercial excellence, customer success, corporate communications, and recurring revenue etc.
With 150+ team members from 22 nationalities spread across Denmark, Ukraine, Poland, and other locations, it's a global and diverse environment where collaboration thrives.
Your profile
- 2-3 years of experience from top tier management consultancy or inhouse consulting units
- Solid project management skills, including comprehensive analytical capabilities and sound problem-solving skills
- Excellent in creating persuasive presentations and compelling storylines that convey information effectively
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Master/MBA is a minimum requirement
