Main purpose of the role:
The Cross Product Manager in the Omni Operations Product Line, will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless alignment across multiple product lines, facilitating product management ceremonies, and driving the success of end-to-end (E2E) solutions.You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that product roadmaps and key objectives are consistently aligned with our business goals.
The role will be responsible to form coherent and consistent ways of working with Product Management within the Omni Operations Product Line, securing product priorities and roadmaps are aligned across all teams and products.
This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, a deep understanding of product management, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management & Development Coordination- Coordinate and oversee product and capability deliveries across multiple product teams, secure timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with delivery managers.
- Ensure key objectives are aligned with business goals and maintain well-documented product roadmaps.
- Support Product Managers when aligning with the business on priorities
- Work with Product Managers to continuously assess and enhance ways of working (Wo W). Ensure alignment of Wo W across teams and roles to improve efficiency and collaboration.
- Facilitate, coach and drive product management uplifts and capabilities in the Product Line
- Responsible for facilitating, drive product management ceremonies
- Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and operations to gather, understand, and document requirements. Ensure specifications are clear, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
- Ensure all internal and external teams are aligned and aware of relevant requirements in due time
- Support Product Managers in backlog refinement to ensure expectations are aligned with busines
- Support Product Managers in delivering regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders. Maintain alignment and transparency across all teams and stakeholders regarding project status, performance, and future plans
Requirements:
- 6+ years of solid experience working within Product Management, preferably within the Supply Chain domain
- Comfortable working in a highly technical environment and curious in learning and understanding topics outside of your practice
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in a cross-functional or cross-team role
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in facilitating product management ceremonies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage and align multiple roadmaps and ensure key objectives are in line with business goals
- Experience in driving product strategies and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to adjust strategies quickly in response to shifting business priorities or unexpected challenges
- Strong leadership qualities to drive cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Ability to foster collaboration and motivate teams toward common goals
