Behind the Title
This role combines the responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager with expertise in Transition Service Agreement (TSA) Governance and M&A integrations. In December, Novo Nordisk acquired three production sites and a commercial entity from Catalent – Europe’s largest acquisition in the pharma business to date.In this role, you will oversee the governance of the transition service agreements for these sites, working closely with various functions across multiple workstreams as part of our newly established Business Integration function in DD&IT Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing – the IT function enabling IT at 11 of Novo Nordisk’s production sites placed across four continents.
You will be supporting the IT Integration of these three sites into the Novo Nordisk Operating model – currently it is a project including multiple sub-projects and workstreams across all three sites and across several functions in DD&IT, interacting cross-functionally with teams across Novo Nordisk.The project is high-paced, dynamic and ever changing, currently involving +30 people and growing.You will be reporting to the IT Business integration lead.
In this role you will:
- Drive the daily cooperation and governance between Novo Nordisk’s IT function and seller’s IT function, creating efficient processes and structures for managing complex, interdependent governance mechanisms across the IT landscape at the three sites.
- Manage the performance of the services provided by seller, ensuring transparency and that the sites are operating according to defined standards.
- Escalate risks, issues, and changes with respect to the IT Transition Service Agreements to program management, senior stakeholders, and the Seller.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between Novo Nordisk and acquired company stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all teams.
- Monitor and resolve service delivery issues, disputes, and escalations within the Transition Service Agreements framework.
- Oversee Transition Service Agreements budgets and cost tracking, ensuring that all goals are met on time and within scope.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we envision you have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT project management with proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Proven experience in M&A integrations or as an M&A consultant, preferably in a regulated industry such as pharma or GxP.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management certification and a keen understanding of commercial and IT aspects.

You will be part of Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT), a global community of 3,500 colleagues driving digital transformation at Novo Nordisk. Your role will require interaction with Senior Leadership, IT Integration Teams, Project Leads, Directors, and Business Integrations leadership teams.By working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure transparency and visibility on integration activities through structured communication and engagement efforts.
