Role Overview: As a Business Architect specializing in CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, you are playing a pivotal role in shaping and building up our clients’ digital journeys. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs, design innovative solutions, and ensure seamless implementation.Your expertise will drive the success of our CRM initiatives, enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and architect CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure successful adoption.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience and record as a Business Architect or similar role with several successful client journeys.
- Facilitator or contributor in pre-sales processes.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE as a project leading professional.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, being able to co-op with customer C-level.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
