Customer Project Execution (CPX) Improvements, part of the PMO in Global CPX, provides various improvement initiatives across regions with internal and external stakeholders. The department oversees internal projects and Lean Management initiatives, today comprising of two Project Managers and two Lean Specialists, primarily based in Aarhus, Denmark.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and facilitate the project, maintaining timeline, risks, resources, and deliverables.
  • Implement project deliverables (training, processes, tools, change management, systems, handover) in collaboration with regions.
  • Engage effectively with all project stakeholders (Steer Co, Owners, Project group) ensuring that the business is provided a solution that supports the requirements in the best way possible.
  • Support decision-making to advance the project, occasionally acting as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Use and support develop of the current PM toolbox.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, working within matrix organisations and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Previous experience with managing complex projects with global, multi-cultural teams.
  • Expertise in stakeholder, change, and risk management.
  • Experience in Vestas Customer Project Execution or similar roles in construction.
  • Ideally holds recognized Project Management accreditation (e.g., Prince2, IPMA).
  • Proficient in English.

Additional information

Primary work location: Aarhus or Copenhagen, DK

Expected travel: approximately 20 travel days per year
