We have an exciting opportunity as Solution Owner with a focus on our planning and forecasting solutions to support one of the most significant business transformations currently underway in the Nordic region: the Unibake Business Platform implementation, including the Microsoft Dynamics 365FO rollout.
This is what you will do
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing our business applications within the Planning work stream. You'll lead solution development, support application upgrades, and drive solution improvements together with a team of talented colleagues.Responsibilities include overall solution responsibility within the work stream, leading delivery of Change Requests, facilitating super user forums, maintaining documentation, and providing third-level support when needed.

Skills & Requirements
Primary areas of responsibility- Take active part in version and release upgrades of Unibake Business Platform (AX2012 and MS Cloud/D365FO)
- Solution lead for application area across multiple implementation projects to ensure solution consistency and take lead on the delivery of enhancements
- Support Solution Specialists working on implementation projects
- Solution lead for applications related to the solution area (ie SO99 Demand Planning)
- Drive delivery of Change Request within the solution area closely with Business Process Manager and Solution Architects
- Support the Business Process Manager with process standardization & optimization
- Drive Super User forums for the functional area together with the Business Process Manager and participate in relevant Operations Fora
- Act as third-line support for incidents and service requests and as problem coordinator for appointed solution area
- Propose development by monitoring external trends and strategies for future roadmaps within the solution area.
This is what you need to succeed
You have:
- 5+ years of application experience in MS Dynamics Suite (AX 2012 and/or Dynamics 365), having participated in multiple, international implementation projects/roll-outs as well as having an understanding of what is needed to support such solutions in an international business context
- You have a strong business understanding of the solutions used for handling planning and forecasting processes
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in English at a professional level
- Experience within the manufacturing/food industry is considered an advantage

Some traveling might be required to business units depending on the phase in planned or ongoing Unibake Business Platform implementation projects.
