We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Specialist, or Scrum Master, with a significant technical skillset to prioritize incoming requests, facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, lead our development processes and continuously optimize our agile approach.In this role, you will organize sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring deadlines are met while supporting the Product Owner in managing a well-groomed backlog.
You will also play a crucial role in managing organizational change during the implementation of a new ERP system and the transition to a new e-commerce platform, ensuring our team is prepared for and adapts to new technologies seamlessly. As our new Digital Project Specialist, you will join our .com team within Global Retail, in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark.
Key responsibilities
Prioritize incoming requests from the business and support scoping the process. Facilitate clear communication and prioritization between the team and multiple stakeholders, ensuring the team remains focused on critical tasks without becoming overwhelmed by demands and changes.
Lead Development Processes. Organize and lead development activities, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring deadlines are met. Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, keeping it well-groomed, prioritized, and clearly communicated to the team.
Manage Organizational Change. Play a crucial role in managing changes related to the implementation of a new ERP system and the upcoming transition to a new e-commerce platform. Ensure the team is prepared for and adapts to new technologies and processes, facilitating a smooth transition.
What you bring
We are seeking an individual with experience in Agile Methodologies with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. We imagine that you have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience from a Scrum Master role or in a similar capacity in Agile environments.
Moreover, you bring:A significant technical skillset, including experience with web- and/or software development processes and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence etc.)
Leadership skills, including ability to lead development processes, facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives effectively.
Good collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This includes effectual verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear communication with various stakeholders from developers to business owners.
Prioritization and time management capabilities, including proficiency in prioritizing incoming requests and managing multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met.A self-driven and proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects forward without constant supervision.
Scrum or Project Management certification will be advantageous.

You will be joining the .com team within Global Retail, responsible for overseeing all aspects of bang-olufsen.com. Our scope includes content management systems (CMS), e-commerce platforms, data integration, tracking, and maintaining the visual identity of the critical consumer-facing channel.
