The position
In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Implement and participate in projects.
- Perform validations on new equipment.
- Participate in product validations.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory completion of Quality tasks.
- Participate in and contribute to audits and inspections, collaborating across departments within the organization.
And when the line is up and running you will further have the following responsibilities:
- Support of daily production and operational tasks, including the preparation of DV and CR cases.
- Shopfloor involvement in production.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has excellent communication and collaboration skills and thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment.
To be considered for the job, we would like you to have:
- Relevant educational scientifical background: A bachelor’s or master’s degree within Pharma, Chemistry, Engineering, or similar.
- Minimum 1 year experience in general production environment, ideally in aseptic production.
- Strong English skills, as we work in an international environment, plus at least intermediate Danish skills.
As a person, you are ambitious, proactive, and able to interact with people at all levels within the organization.
About the department
You will be part of Aseptic Manufacturing, Site Bagsværd (AM BA), an aseptic filling factory with approximately 800 employees producing marketed insulin, GLP-1, and weight-reducing products for the benefit of patients worldwide. The department is responsible for installation and validation of a new isolator filling line and related processes, as well as ramping up the line to 24-7 production.
