About Searine
Searine is a Danish start-up specializing in advanced electric propulsion systems. With the Ocean One system, Searine aims to revolutionize the market for sailboat propulsion. The Ocean One system is set to launch within the next year, with market communication already underway and ongoing sea trials in the 2025 sailing season.

Key responsibilities
As the Sales and Marketing Manager at Searine, you will be responsible for developing and implement our go-to-market strategy for Ocean One by Searine. You will take the lead in launching the system in the Danish and international market (primarily in Europe).
You will be responsible for the sales budget and report directly to our CEO.
We are a small, technically focused team with short decision-making processes and a high level of energy. Therefore, the ability to collaborate and translate complex technical solutions into clear value propositions for customers is a key skill we highly value.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing the go-to-market strategy for Ocean One
- Proactively driving sales and establishing customer relationships and partnerships with relevant new build and repair boatyards across Europe
- Follow up and maintaining all the company’s market relationships
- Participating in trade fairs, events, and other relevant networking activities
We imagine that you:
- Have solid experience in sales and marketing – preferably from the maritime industry
- Possesses strong technical understanding
- Are a sailor with a good network in the sailing community
- Are engaged, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Are good at building and maintaining relationships
- Have very good communication and negotiation skills in both written and spoken Danish and English
