The position
You will join a diverse and dedicated equipment support team that prioritizes quality and excellence in our work. As a student assistant, your role will involve understanding, analyzing, and optimizing various critical aspects of our tablet production process.Your ability to think critically and your enthusiasm for getting involved will be essential to your success in this role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conduct GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) tasks.
- Solve smaller scale problems using A3 and 3C methodologies.
- Perform data work on equipment-related issues.
- Review, update, and author SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and JIs (Job Instructions) to ensure alignment across different process generations.
- Participate in shop floor support activities and handle ad hoc tasks as they arise.
Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
- You are currently studying pharmacy, engineering, natural sciences, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering at the bachelor's level, or a similar field (must have taken LEAN courses or have an interest in LEAN).
- You have the ability to work independently, take initiative, and are good at building relationships. You can be present at least from 8 am to 12 pm initially to get to know the production process.
- You are interested in production and/or quality assurance with experience from previous student jobs or internships.
- You are fluent in Danish and English.
- Located in Zealand, DK, and must be residing here at the time of application.
About the department
Our team consists of 10 dedicated professionals responsible for supporting production equipment. Our primary tasks include ensuring equipment compliance, driving improvement projects, and supporting daily operations. We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive work environment and upholding high professional standards.
