The Position

You will be part of API Manufacturing 4, where you will be connected to a well-established network of supporters and specialists. Your primary focus will be to ensure operations through tasks related to our various processes such as fermentation, chromatography, centrifugation, filtration, and freeze-drying.

The main tasks will be to:

  • Optimizing our equipment in relation to yield and stability
  • Handling matters related to GMP (change control, deviation handling, and qualification)
  • Strengthening our maintenance strategies in collaboration with the rest of the team
  • Implementing the latest developments in relevant technologies

Your role will involve close collaboration with the team, with a significant portion of the work focused on documentation and data analysis.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should:

  • Have a minimum a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineer, or a related field along with equivalent experience.
  • Experience with GxP and/or similar quality systems.
  • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industries.
  • A strong intuition when it comes to equipment and components.
  • Have a professional proficiency in Danish and English.

On personal level, you have amazing prioritizing skills in a fast-changing, dynamic production environment, where you can react quickly for the newest tasks on a highest level. You have outstanding stakeholder-management and communication skills.

About the Department

At API Manufacturing 4, we are dedicated to producing life-changing medicines for patients with hemophilia, hormonal disorders, and other chronic diseases. With exciting new projects on the horizon, our department will play a crucial role as Novo Nordisk continues to expand its product portfolio.

You will be joining a team responsible for producing growth hormone as an API. Our equipment team, consisting of approximately 20 technical and engineering professionals, is eager to welcome you. The production setup here is complex, offering both flexibility and the challenge of managing deviations.
