The position
In the project phase your primary tasks will be supporting the Line of Business (Lo B) in making the right decisions in multiple work packages regarding OT, and ensuring the collection of knowledge and knowhow, on all the equipment that is brought in as well as participate in some validation activities.
Subsequently, your primary task will be to drive PLC and HMI application implementations as well as changes when systems need update and to support large upgrade projects where you will be responsible for the technical setup of software, and the development of test environment for pre-testing both at the vendor and on site.
Additionally, you will be 2nd Line support to our support teams which involves troubleshooting of our production facilities software.As we have a great focus on IT compliance, documentation tasks (mostly updates of drawings) will be part of your assignments.
Your working day will be varied and sometimes jam-packed, as the IT system and automation equipment is essential for the production. You will handle your assignments in close dialogue with many employee groups both inside and outside the department, where you will play a central role.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we imagine you have:
- Have a degree in automation Engineering or other relevant fields
- At least 5 years’ of experience within PLC/HMI applications programming
- Good communication skills in English
It will be considered an added advantage, if you are familiar with GMP rules with a focus on IT compliance, as well as understanding of documentation, configuration management and IT systems qualification. But most important, you are eager to learn.
As a person, you are open minded and positive by nature. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and you like to share your knowledge. Furthermore, you work systematically and are committed to your work and your colleagues. You are used to collaborating and communicating across different professional areas and you have the capability of handling a high workload without losing the overview.Good communication skills in Danish are a requirement.
About the department
You will be a part of a project support team with 8 fantastic colleagues. The team is anchored in the Digital, Data & IT-organization –which support Finich Product Manufacturing.The department provides OT & Automation support for the packing facility in Kalundborg, Gentofte and Værløse in Denmark (DK).
You will primary work out of our office in Kirke Værløse/DK, it is an onsite position.
