Job Description:As a Part-Time Admissions Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CBS Admissions Office in various tasks related to the recruitment funnel of Executive MBA student admissions. Your excellent English skills and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of the office and help prospective students gather information and navigate the application process effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Admissions Office, including answering inquiries via email and phone.
- Follow up and gather information on prospective students via both phone and email.
- Utilize the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to diligently update and maintain prospective student information, orchestrate targeted email campaigns, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Ensure the continuous optimization of the application portal and prepare admissions-related documents and information materials, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Admissions team to support the organization of recruitment events and information sessions.
- Update information on EMBA Homepage as and when necessary.
- Basic design duties in InDesign or similar programmes.
- Complete ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by the Admission Managers.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a bachelor's or master's level student at a higher education institution.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Experience with CMS and CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor to provide excellent customer service to prospective students.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is an advantage.

- Employment will be according to the HK-organisationsaftale and Fællesoverenskomsten between the Ministry of Finance and Offentligt Ansatte Organisationer (OAO-S Fællesoverenskomsten). The salary currently amounts to between DKK 140,57 and DKK 147,46 per hour and depends on previous office employment and level of education. The pension controbution is 15% of the pensionable salary components.
It is a condition of the employment, that you are a student at an institution of higher education and have a Danish work permit.
