Currently, we manage 20+ social media channels across six countries, covering brands within aesthetics, dermatology, and plastic surgery in a B2B and B2C setting.

The role:

As our new Social Media Specialist, you will be part of the Global Marketing Team, reporting to the Global Marketing Director. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and brand awareness in an international setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a multi-channel social media strategy aligned with brand and sales objectives.
• Drive content creation, idea generation and community engagement.
• Execute social media campaigns for both lead generation and brand awareness.
• Hands on management and optimization of LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital efforts linked to our Social Media activities.
• Utilize marketing technology, CRM, and automation platforms to enhance performance.
• Ensure a data-driven approach to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various markets to ensure brand consistency and alignment.

What are we looking for?

We’re searching for a performance-driven digital marketer with a strong background in social media marketing. The ideal candidate is strategic and analytical and at the same time can drive creativity and ideas.

You already have:

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing & Social Media Management.
• A track record of delivering demand generation through paid & owned social media channels.
• Experience in creative development of social media campaigns and messaging.
• Strong knowledge of conversion optimization, audience targeting, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads and SEO.
• A process-oriented mindset with an ability to scale digital efforts.

What you bring:

• A data-driven and highly analytical approach to marketing.
• A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A collaborative and innovative mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
• A degree in digital marketing, IT, communication, or a related field.
• Fluency in Danish and English (both written and spoken).
• Experience between 2-5 years working with social media.
