• Review and moderate user-generated content in Nordic languages, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
• Identify, evaluate, and escalate content that violates community standards, including harmful or inappropriate material.
• Engage with users by addressing content-related inquiries and providing solutions to potential issues.
• Collaborate with team members to improve moderation processes and develop best practices for community management.
• Stay informed about current trends and developments in social media and online communities.
• Prepare reports on content moderation activities and user engagement metrics.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance content moderation skills.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and a strong command of English are essential.
• Experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related area is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills for content evaluation.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their community guidelines is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a positive community environment.
