The Position
As an Associate Manager for one of our Operator teams, you will lead an engaged and ambitious team who is running the cleaning operation in Måløv. Your main tasks will be:
- Ensure stable operations resulting in minimal stops and continuously high quality at the line to supply patients worldwide
- Support employees in their daily operations and continuous process optimizations
- Set direction, motivate, and develop employees to keep them highly engaged
- Monitor continuous improvements of team processes through structured use of LEAN tools
- Be present on shopfloor with employees working in shifts
As a manager, you are open, loyal, and honest, and you enjoy creating results and stable production through great planning and collaboration. You manage to set clear expectations and tangible goals and communicate them clearly, ensuring that everyone knows how to be successful.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- Preferably 2 years of managerial experience within GMP production
- Understanding of GMP and LEAN knowledge is an advantage
- Preferably proven experience with systematic problem-solving and LEAN
- You have a strong people leadership track record
- You are fluent in both English and Danish

You possess strong communication skills and can build professional relationships effectively. About the department
You will be part of the SVP area Emerging Technologies in Maalev and the department Solid Dosage Forms DK, which is an area with 800+ employees, who is responsible for the market production of oral products such as tablets for diabetics and also hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to women in menopause.Solid Dosage Forms DK is part of the CVP area SDF Operations, which consists of both the site in Durham, US, and the site in Athlone, Ireland, all with a focus on manufacturing oral products.
