The position
The Training Project Manager plays a leading role in implementing, anchoring and improving the most effective, efficient and compliant training system in the business area. Training Project Manager is expected to independently drive major training projects in the SVP area.
Some of your responsibilities will be to:
- Implement training projects according to the latest Training for Competence standards, utilizing modern training technologies and ensuring clear business scope and sustainable operational handover.
- Manage projects with training scope in the SVP area, aligning with relevant project execution models and ensuring clear business scope and sustainable operational handover.
- Deliver impact and manage change by focusing on measurable business results and behavioural change, utilizing change management tools to align expectations and enable scalability into different business areas.
- Communicate the purpose and benefits of projects at all levels, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination between stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation by utilizing and enhancing training project management processes and tools, gathering facts to understand root causes, and sharing best practices with relevant training organizations.
- Bachelor’s level in a relevant field. Preferably supplemented with project management certification
- Project management experience related with trainings.
- Stakeholder management experience, preferably from a global company in a regulated industry/GxP context
- Experience with training system/solution implementation, training development, effectiveness and efficiency. To have worked with LEAN and continuous improvement will be an advantage.
- Ability to structure tasks and time, to provide clarity to the organization and deliver to deadlines
As a person, you excel in managing stakeholders across organizational levels, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills. You are proactive, deadline-driven, and adept at structuring tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Additionally, you possess strong presentation and facilitation skills, an analytical mindset, and a strong lean and quality orientation, coupled with a change management mindset.
About the Department
You will join the training team in People & Organisation supporting External Supply, which is a part of PSQIT. Our activities include lean academy training, develop and implement function-specific training programs (GxP and non-GxP training), acting as a center of expertise and training administration across the area- Our team is dedicated to delivering impactful training solutions and ensuring continuous improvement across the organisation.
