Your position
In your new position as intern in the Rig & Marine division, you will be a valuable member of the dedicated team whose mission is to focus on the green transition. You will have the opportunity to drive sustainability in the offshore and maritime industries, ensuring that emerging technologies are both environmentally responsible and aligned with the future of sustainable development.Above all, your work will make a real change for the global energy sector.
Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. The position is full-time during your internship period, and you can expect to travel up to approximately 10 days of travel.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As an intern within the Rig and Marine department in Esbjerg, you will be responsible for supporting the team in advancing green energy solutions. You will play a crucial role in developing and reporting on the status of these projects, contributing to a more sustainable offshore sector.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Map technologies within the green transition to identify key advancements.
- Analyse products through technical evaluation to discover areas for improvement.
- Build tools for calculating return on investment to support smarter decisions.
- Perform energy calculations to improve efficiency and sustainability.
- Report regularly on progress to keep stakeholders informed of key developments.
Your profile & qualifications
As a person we imagine that you are ambitious and result oriented. You are someone who has an analytical mindset to find solutions for complex problems. You enjoy collaborating with the team.
Furthermore, you have a huge interest in learning new and taking on challenges.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Great communication skills.
- We prefer that you are a bachelor’s student.
- Experience or background in electrical systems is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Technical energy calculations are an advantage but not a requirement.
- Motivation for the green transition.
