Marketing- and Event Coordinator
Bucherer Denmark is seeking a Marketing- and Event Coordinator for a maternity cover to join our ambitious team in Copenhagen.
Bucherer is a Swiss luxury retailer founded in 1888, known for exclusive watches and jewellery with a broad portfolio of brands like Rolex and Cartier. In spring 2023, Bucherer, acquired the Danish retailer Klarlund. This acquisition expanded our presence to five stores in Copenhagen, all dedicated to offering a unique customer experience focused on quality and service excellence.Following a merger in 2024, our company now work together to deliver excellent service under both the Bucherer and Klarlund brands. As part of our team, you will work closely with various brands and benefit from the expertise of both our local and Group Marketing teams.
Your primary responsibility will be to strengthen Bucherer's presence and brand positioning in Denmark. In your role, you will work with these key responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee local marketing campaigns in collaboration with brands and Bucherer Marketing in Switzerland.
- Organize, execute, and participate in exclusive events.
- Taking part in a large internal project where branding will be central part.
- Manage digital channels, including social media, website, and newsletters, in alignment with Bucherer Marketing and ILLUM.
- Develop and manage collaborations with key partners.
- Handle various ad hoc tasks as needed to support the team and ongoing projects.

- An outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
- The ability to prioritize and efficiently handle various tasks.
- Digital expertise, particularly in social media and online platforms.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
This role requires a highly organized, adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be working on multiple projects at once, so prioritization and quick decision-making are essential. You will also contribute to optimizing processes and finding innovative ways to enhance our activities.
You will be based in our headquarters in Copenhagen and report directly to the Head of Marketing. We offer a full-time maternity cover for a duration of 1 year with possibility of permanent employment, 37 hours per week, with start from 1 February 2025.
