The position
In this role, you will take a lead in mid-term and long-term capacity planning, production performance management, and supply risk management. You will collaborate with various departments to guarantee effective production flows and support our manufacturing goals.Your responsibilities will include planning, analyzing production performance, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Your main focus will be on:
- Mid-term and Long-term Capacity Planning : Driving initiatives to enhance production agreements and participate in both mid-term and long-term planning processes, ensuring internal alignment with relevant departments
- Production Performance Management : Monitoring and reporting key production parameters, and acting as an analytic resource for performance evaluations, and supply chain analysis
- Supply Risk Management : Overseeing year-end projections and supply risk assessments, challenging inputs and ensuring that site management is continually aligned on risk profiles
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Interaction : Engaging actively with our Capacity Partner Network, participating in supply review meetings, and onboarding new planners
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field
- Preferably 4 years of relevant experience with capacity planning and optimization
- Thorough understanding of logistics within a manufacturing environment, including experience in production performance management and support
- Experience in Lean methodologies and data analysis with a commitment to quality and operational excellence
- Fluency in English, with an ability to communicate effectively across different channels

You possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication capabilities, and the flexibility to handle multiple ad hoc tasks efficiently. About the Department
You will be a valuable member of the Planning and Capacity Team, responsible for preparing and distributing filling programs for our production lines. Our department is part of the Business Support division, dedicated to providing exceptional support across various functions, including Finance, Procurement, Training, and Operational Excellence.We are a motivated team committed to achieving our goals and fostering a collaborative and fun work environment.
