Join us in building the next generation foundry for quantum processor manufacturing – We are looking for an Office Manager and People & Organization (P&O) Coordinator to be part of our growing team.

Do you want to be a part of pioneering quantum computing in a world-class quantum ecosystem in the heart of Copenhagen? Quantum Foundry Copenhagen is a newly founded company, owned by the Novo Nordisk Foundation (NNF), aimed at developing next generation Quantum Computing Processor technologies.

Our mission is to establish a foundry capable of manufacturing quantum processor units (QPUs) employing novel methods to meet the extreme requirements for purity and precision needed to bring Quantum Computing to scale.

About us

Our company is part of a vibrant and growing Danish quantum ecosystem, and we collaborate closely with world-leading researchers at Novo Nordisk Foundation Quantum Computing Programme (NQCP www.nqcp.ku.dk) based at the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen.

The NQCP programme is designed to facilitate and drive research and innovations at multiple levels – from developing quantum processor technologies to solutions for the quantum-classical control and readout interface, and all the way to quantum algorithms and applications.

In close collaboration with NQCP and international partners, we aim to pioneer chip-based fabrication and packaging methods for state-of-the-art quantum processors.

Join our team

We are looking for an Office Manager and P&O Coordinator to be in charge of creating and maintaining a well-organized productive office environment as well as coordinating people and organizational projects and HR processes.

The Office Manager and P&O Coordinator is proactive when it comes to identifying and addressing needs. The job requires a can-do attitude to solving problems and flair for keeping stakeholders informed.

Your main responsibilities and tasks will include:

  • General office management of our offices across several locations.
  • Overseeing and coordinating renovations and set up of new locations
  • Project management of P&O projects such as recruiting
  • Assisting our team with ad-hoc HR related tasks
  • Administrative support such as organizing events, booking meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, agendas, and summaries

Professional and Personal Qualifications:

You may have several years of experience from a similar role (either in industry, academia or governmental) and you are excited to work at the cutting edge of technology.

You are proactive and continually improve internal processes to ensure momentum. Your approach to your work is structured, analytical and detail-oriented. When it comes to building relations, you easily establish strong working relations with colleagues, collaborators, and vendors.

Your qualifications include:

  • Relevant education
  • Project management experience
  • Broad experience with various organizational processes
  • Proficiency in common office IT and HR systems
  • Strong communication skills in English, and preferably also Danish
