Who is FLC?
Femern Link Contractors, FLC, is the joint venture responsible for the design and construction of the immersed tunnel, tunnel portals and ramps. Our joint venture consists of nine international construction companies with individual experience in large infrastructure projects.
Together, we are committed to working together to deliver a state-of-the-art immersed tunnel, portals and ramps, delivered on time and safely, in a sustainable and ethical manner.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Checking the arrival of employees according to the planning
- Assisting in pre-start meetings
- Reporting absenteeism to the Timekeeping team
- Liaising with Resource Coordinators regarding sick employees
- Monitoring hours and managing cost centers in collaboration with foremen and site engineers
- Registering timekeeping in INTEMPUS
- Assisting with onboarding of newcomers
- Counting end-of-shift hours
- Assisting in planning holidays during the main holiday period
- Supporting the Timekeeping team in planning schedule changes
- Cooperating with the Village
About You:
We are looking for someone with preferably 3 years of experience or knowledge in the administration field. You should have a curiosity and interest in keeping up with developments in the labor market.
As a person, you are a team player with a high level of integrity. You can establish professional and trusting relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization. Your attention to detail allows you to focus on the specifics, while your ability to take a helicopter view helps identify what is best for the organization.Additionally, you are proactive, flexible, and don't mind being busy. Living within an acceptable traveling distance from Rødbyhavn or being willing to relocate there is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- English language skills
- Polish/Romanian/Danish preferred
- MS Office skills; experience with administration or timekeeping systems is a plus
- Proactive and independent
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work in shifts and on-site (not only an office job)
Employment conditions:
You will be covered by the Salaried Employee Act and HK CLA. We also offer optional health insurance and lunch arrangement.
Workplace:
Our office is located in Rødbyhavn.
