Business Project Manager 8 Months Contract
Belmont Lavan Ltd is looking for a dynamic Business Project Manager for an 8-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating, planning, and executing business projects in a timely manner, ensuring that all project goals are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation through to completion
- Develop detailed project plans, containing timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align project outcomes
- Manage project budgets, resources, and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Identify risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status to the management team
- Facilitate effective communication across project teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience as a Business Project Manager, ideally in a contract environment
- Proficient in project management methodologies and practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- A relevant project management qualification is a plus
Requirements
KSRM (Implementation of additional controls to further mitigate the risk of customer behaviour outside sanctions risk appetite). Change manager as part of a complex and highly prioritised programme. Programme run per SAFE Agile methodology. Focus of change role: securing operational readiness within KYC Services and Transaction Monitoring Investigation units for new Sanctions trigger processes and volumes (stakeholder engagement and comms, resource planning, SOP/work instruction updates, training, systems accesses, aftercare).Multiple business areas in scope
Authorised Representatives (Ensure regulatory requirements for Authorised Representatives of corporate customers implemented in all markets). Definition of project scope ongoing. But likely to be a large bank-wide initiative incorporating multiple stakeholders in all four Nordic markets (and potentially international branches).Scope to include: evidencing mandate, ID/V and screening, and goes beyond KYC as it involves processes within PRUs/CRUs incl. checking/collecting and storing documentation and evidencing mandate for persons with disposal rights and signatories.
Stand up an efficient and effective intake and management process for assessing and prioritising new demand on FinCrime operational units. Work closely with unit head (myself) and colleagues primarily within and the GFCP FinCrime domains. Focus on KYC area initially, with expectation to roll out further to Transaction Monitoring and potentially other FinCrime domains.
In addition to managing new demand, scope to include securing an uplift in the organisation’s ability to estimate, measure and demonstrate benefit realisation from efficiency initiatives.
