We are currently looking for a Senior Brand Manager for the Danish Spirits Marketing team. You will be managing our brand Koskenkorva Vodka and a selection of our high impact agency brands. The position is permanent and is based in our new Copenhagen office, in Borgergade.

Our new Brand Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and market positioning of our brands in the Danish market. You will own consumer touchpoints in retail, on premise as well as our event presence, in close collaboration with our sales teams.

You will work on locally relevant market innovations, plan the commercial future of your brands, and manage brand projects in collaboration with the central marketing function.

Key responsibilities

Your main responsibility will be to ensure the commercial performance of the brands you manage. This covers among other co-ownership of the brand growth drivers in the Danish market, co-development and execution of our spirits strategy, and driving marketing and digital activities that build value in the market.

In short; You get your energy from creating value in the market place. You own the consumer touchpoints in Denmark, and therefore you should thrive in getting brand in hand wherever you see a valuable opportunity.

We are a small team with broad reach and high impact. There are 3 of us in the marketing team in Copenhagen, and we have a close collaboration with our central marketing function, which consists of colleagues distributed in other Nordic countries.

You will report to Marketing Manager Lajs Kaznelson.

This means that we are looking for a colleague who is a proactive and positive individual, one who can work with tasks at all levels and have the ability to work in a matrix organization, collaborating with both sales and brand product teams.

Other areas of responsibility
  • Analyze consumer patterns and sales performance of your brands to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
  • Manage brand budgets including yearly planning and quarterly accruals.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans for all brands under your responsibility, including social media plans and KPI tracking.
  • Manage product information, labels, and changes accurately and on time.

Your background:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business administration.
  • Several years’ experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG and lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in open markets.
  • Commercial understanding of the impacts of brand marketing and successful commercial activation.
  • Strong analytical and commercial orientation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for marketing and especially for brand in hand.
  • Our office language is Danish but you are fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
