Are you passionate about ice cream production and eager to create fantastic ice cream experiences? Ismageriet, one of the best ice cream shops in the Nordic region, is seeking skilled ice cream makers to join our kitchen team in the Meatpacking District, in Søborg, Amager and Rødovre.

Job description:

World-class ice cream production: Responsible for transforming delicious raw materials into high-quality gelato, sorbets, and special ice cream varieties for the shop and special events. Preparation and organization: Planning production and quantities, quality control, order processing, restocking, and store assistance as needed.

Responsibility for cleanliness and order: Cleaning, dishwashing, and contributing to general store maintenance. Independent work and teamwork: Thrive in independent tasks while contributing constructively to a dynamic team.

Qualifications:

Experience from a patisserie, bakery, or similar focusing on ice cream production or desserts, not mandatory but certainly a significant advantage.

Similarly advantageous with a background in large-scale kitchen production or as a trained chef. A positive attitude and a deep passion for creating delicious food and ice cream experiences.

Flexible with working hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays as agreed. Competency in Danish and/or English.

We offer:

Full-time employment with 37 hours per week and an attractive salary package.

Staff benefits such as lunch provision, health insurance, and pension scheme. Flexible working hours with guaranteed time off every third weekend.
