The position
As a new member of our training team, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders and target groups to secure optimal training and increasing human performance in our production facility. You will contribute by analysing, designing, and developing simple and effective training solutions to cover training expectations and secure daily business in a confident manner.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with colleagues in production to ensure effective, efficient, and compliant training within highly regulated work processes.
- Demonstrating and visualizing how training and competence development contribute to solving business challenges.
- Insisting that learning solutions should always be simple, manageable, and engaging for end-users.
- Remaining both persistent and curious when encountering resistance to change.
To do that, you will facilitate workshops, drive projects, carry-out process confirmation on training maturity and applying a continuous improvement mindset to challenge your own team development of content as well as application of relevant technology, digital tools, and job aids.
Please note that it is a maternity cover role.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- A relevant academic background within learning, education, science, psychology, pedagogical or equivalent, and preferably experience within training development and implementation in a large organization.
- Experience from working in a regulated environment, e.g., within the pharmaceutical, food or aviation industry is considered an advantage.
- Experience with Lean and/or behavioral design is an advantage.
- Professional proficiency in English and Danish.
You have an investigative and analytical approach to problems, striving to see them first-hand to gain a clear understanding of how competence development can contribute to solutions. Your personal drive, focus on improvement opportunities, and ability to execute projects independently and proactively ensure that value is added where it matters and within deadlines.
About the department
You will be part of Aseptic Manufacturing, Site Bagsværd (AM BA), which is an aseptic filling factory with approx. 900 employees working day and night to produce marketed insulin, GLP-1, and obesity products for patients around the world. The training team is anchored in Business Support and Inspection department, and the team consists of approx.18 highly dedicated colleagues with broad experience and background within learning, development, production and training. We appreciate a good and social working environment and believe that it must be fun and rewarding to meet at work.
