Digital, Analytics & IT, builds the digital foundation for Telia/Norlys. We work to improve the customer experience by continuously improving our products and services. We build a bridge between business wishes and technical development by working in a structured way with customer journeys and process excellence.In close collaboration with the commercial unit and IT, you will be responsible for defining solutions that meet market needs and our long-term strategy.
What should you do | connecting the dots between business and technology
As Product Manager for unified communications, you lead both cooperation with customers and partners and product development in Denmark, to ensure that we constantly deliver an excellent customer experience within advanced voice solutions in the B2B segment.
You will build a completely new framework for future offers with the aim of reducing time to market and making choices easier for customers.
As Product Manager, you ensure the relationship with the business units and support functions as well as internal partners in the IT organization. Furthermore, you will also work together with Sales, Customer Operations, Finance and Law & Compliance.
- Act as SPOC between business units and IT department regarding offering development
- Drive implementation of new offers and services for the corporate market
- Ongoing lifecycle management of the UC product portfolio
- Create adaptation of the offer specification to the commercial units
- Configuration and testing of new offers and products
- Demonstrated business expertise, IT technical understanding and operational ability
- Experience and knowledge of navigating in the IT landscape
- Experience working in a commercial driven role with offer or product management
- Find the right balance between the commercial requests and the technical feasibility
- Experience within mobile communications and roaming services will be an advantage
